    One of our Hens going CRAZY for the bugs attracted to the weeping cherry trees. Love watching them dart all over after a tasty morsel.

@AuntChuck: I had hoped to get another shot of them when they turned pink a day later but I became so busy in the garden, the rain came. It also made the 75% of the blossoms disappear. : (  The previous owner planted them about a decade ago. I had always referred to them as Umbrella trees, due to the shape. Only in the last 2 years was I made aware they are called Weeping Cherry trees. I had not previously seen them grouped, especially lining a drive as this. He also planted the the willow tree I have been trying to start another from. twice now a mower or the kids have disturbed it. So I'm trying again this year...
