Sounds like a perfect weekend!  I'm hoping this weather continues as well - we still have a way to go before I can get anything in the ground outside, but I have my hopes up for an early spring this year.

Kids wanted rainbow carrots, so grabbed this for them. Planted very back south fence side of cool weather crops with a 1x8 row of these. Transplanted parsley to mark both end & middle of row.

I'm sweating in jeans & a long sleeve shirt. had to roll up the cuffs & am contemplating taking off the Muck boots.. The seed box gave forth a nice array of seeds which are to be planted after "danger of heavy frost". Well by golly, That means NOW.
