Still have about 2 feet of snow cover, but spring is in the air. Saw 3 robins so far, and have noticed a subtle pink tinge to the tree branches so trees are waking up.

So, have been out of the garden except sporadically, last few weeks. Generally due to lots of rain plus weaving new stuff and trying to meet some deadlines for new projects. A variety of woods, woodland gardens, orchard, grapes & veggie gardens in progress. We moved from the heart of Chicago to apprx. 6 acres off the back roads of Vermont in 2009. It's now our 3rd summer here and it's beginning to look like a garden here. In a couple more years it should be in pretty good shape.
