We've always called it bottle brush. It used to billow over the fence from a next door neighbor. Sadly they removed it.

The tomato cages worked pretty well. We learned not to place them so close together. It's windy where we are, so we had to attach them to stakes stuck in the ground to keep them from being blown over. The nice thing is they are easy to fold and put in the
