So far I have put tomatoes out to dry (I decided on the Orange and Green Zebra, red cherry, chocolate cherry, Raspberry Lyanna, Purple Russian and the two surprise yellow/orange varieties because they are all on the smaller side and nice and firm...we will see the results of the drying tomato rainbow), canned roasted yellow pear and Hssiao His Hung Shih with rosemary and frozen a batch of a batch of tomato sauce. And made many a beautiful tomato basket for friends and neighbors!
