Out in the garden picking suckers from the tomato plants....probably my fave garden job because I leave smelling just like a tomato plants and, for me, there could be no better parfum. (I've even tried making a tincture of tomato leaves so I could smell so green year round but haven't had a success yet.) While out with the tomatoes I took a tally of their progress. Almost all of the 28 varieties are flowering and a number are setting fruit. The only ones to lag behind a bit are Brown Sugar, Black Giant, Japanese Black Trifele, Pink Oxheart, Red Cherry and Yellow Pear but I have no doubt that with their super healthy plants they won't be far behind!

The Cherokee Purple are setting lots a fruit.

There are already some really good sized fruit!

Even thought these are the "nano" variety they have some of the biggest fruit set so far! Fine by me!

I have a feeling these will be one of our most prolific varieties.
