Nope first time. I planted the whole seed packet and I think about 3/4 of it was eaten by ants :( boo...but I do have about 20 shoots coming up so it will be a little small patch at least.) Next time I plant $4 corn I will start it in pots first and then set it out when they're a few inches tall!! I also planted "strawberry popcorn" and am waiting to plant "regular sweet corn till May.
