Those are interesting beans.  What do they taste like?  Do they change color when you cook them?
amaranth3 replied 10 months ago
they taste like green beans but a tiny bit sweeter. they do keep the color when cooked. I've eaten them stir fried and boiled, they are very tasty/easy to grow: one of my favorite things in the garden: I will definitely be growing these again!
