Our garden was planted in 2010 (and was much smaller then!). My son named the garden in 2012. The plan was to plant tall plants on the outside so he could "spy" out of it! The name has been quite apt as we are always "spying" interesting blooms, plants and animals in and around the garden. In 2013 the addition of a garden teepee will provide for more sneaking and spying opportunity! The addition of a deer fence in 2013 will hopefully mean much more produce to spy (and eat!) as well!
