Just starting to poke up out of the soil!  Ended up putting the pots into a discarded salad container with a little water and setting on the heat register for the last week (it's been warm so it hasn't been going on a lot).  Seemed to do the trick...noticed a couple bumps of a cotyledon poking out of a couple pots last night!
