I'd read they were good for peppers early when planning the garden, but just saw a new article about how they are pretty much good for everything in veggie garden and beyond. www.saltworks.us/gardening-with-epsom-salt.asp
@amt27: Thank you for that site. It was very interesting and I had never heard of this... Gosh, there is so much I have not heard of that my head is swimming and my journal is getting way to full, but I really like what it said, and I will try it with my peppers. Very excited to see it there will be a difference b... those that get salt and those that do not.
Interesting, I will have to try this. I havent done too much in the fertilizing area yet this year, this will be a first on my list. New gardeners have a zeal for finding information and I would enjoy following your Garden Show to see what else you come across. Enjoy your garden!
@MaryLarson: Well, I did use some Epsom salt on some of my peppers, but I am not exactly sure which ones. I do know one row for sure, so I will watch that one for any major differences. There is alot of interesting stuff out there. so hare to know what to use and what to pass by.
