This will be my third year as a veggie gardner in the NE portion of the country. I just moved into my mother in laws house just 2 miles from my home where we brought up my children, so this year I have even more soil to work with and want to try some different types of veggies. The last couple of years I have grown mainly salad items, there is nothing better than walking into your backyard to gather greens and other delish, tender veggies for the salad! I have also grown, in the past, pickling cukes for when I make my own pickes to devour and share!

I have new soil to till! It is located just two miles from my own home where out children were brought up! I have more room to roam and sow! My ususal garden consists of tender greens, tomatoes, pickling cukes, peppers and all are of heirloom varieties!
