I run A Thyme For Peace Hideaway B&B in Malo, WA, where I also grow a great deal of produce and sell at our local Friday Market.  It's a great life, working here with my husband and parents, and taking care of my grandmother as well. I do a fair amount of canning, and try to expand it every year.  It's a lot of work, but the improvement in my health is totally worth it!
