I'm going to have to plant some of those colorful sunflowers next year.....so pretty! Mine are the sunflowers that came out of the birdfeeder.....the ones the birds didn't eat!
@Liz: Thanks! At least yours grow!! LOL!! I won't confess that I've been planting sunflowers for 8 years, and this is the first batch that actually grew!! I had better luck growing the leftover seeds in deck pots the last couple years, so I decided ... try one more time. These are Velvet Queen, medium-sized flowers, but I really like the multiple blossoms.
