Hi~I've been flower gardening for many years. Natural flowers and bulbs. I love wildflowers. I have small pocket gardens throughout my yard. I live in a metro area, so my yard is fairly small I've done mostly tomatoes in patio post and one small pocket.Until last year though I built a raised garden. Took up have the back yard. I put a variety in to see what would work well for me. This year I am doing Heirloom tomato, cucumbers, carrots, onion, green beans and of course many herbs. I am also working to get one of my flower pocket plots to attract butterflies and be cottage looking. Working on that, so far what I put in last year took, so we are doing good. For the most part I love to change things and see what works. If it looks nice, let it grow.

Flower gardens have bloomed too early. Have had lots of nice blooms though. I raised a monarch butterfly and let her go in the garden, hope she made it.
