www.alexsmithphotos.blogspot.com I'm originally from new jersey and had a garden in oregon this past summer. Now I'm living in S.F. and am hoping to continue gardening, and right now my main interest is starting plants from seed. I have a large collection of seeds - Mainly tropical fruit trees but other types of tree seeds as well. Email me if you'd like to trade.

Hi Alex.  As you can see I'm starting to get things under control and I am going to start getting around the site a bit more -- it's the reward for all that computer work!   FYI, we just this week unveiled The Greenhouse.   The Greenhouse has all of the questions and answers which have appeared over the past 50 year in regional newspapers for all gardening topics. I'm trying to shake up a little discussion and get everyone, for example with apple trees, to chat it up.  Or with blueberries; by any chance do you have them among your asian cultivations? (I found 5 on the site but I know that there are more who might not have listed it in their plant inventory) to add a comment or two to one of the the Blueberry pages  (Topic of "Blueberry" is here and "Blueberries" as a topic is here -  we're working on changing this so both show up on the same -- good idea, right? ).   There are also topic and discussion areas on the Blueberry Plant pages.  Hopefully, you could pop on over there and find a discussion to join or start one.  I'll be there too and look forward to seeing you in whatever topic when you get a chance! Have a great holiday and hope to see you around more in 2011.
