| Yeah, it does, but it usually lasts long enough. Then I can reuse them next season and write something new. I use sharpies to write. |

Shelby and I were outside with flashlights looking at the night crawlers! Big ones! They snap back into their hole when you shine a light on them! Too bad I don't think there is any fish in the creek right now!

So has anyone had success with heating a greenhouse with christmas lights? I don't think my greenhouse is going to stay warm enough at night.

I just moved to this house in November. The zone is 8b even though it says 7a. I can tell that the garden beds were not organic because of the undecomposed particles of blue here and there. I have been working on the beds since I moved here. Adding mycorhizzae and beneficial bacteria, along with organic fertilizers and compost. There are three raised beds dedicated to annual vegetables along with one bed dedicated to blueberries and strawberries. I also have some areas that aren't built raised beds. (just straight ground) Don't mistake this for the garden I had when I was selling at the farmer's market which...
