Very excited! Found out that sweet potato leaves are edible; there are lots of Asian recipes that use them.

There's a simple one I want to try but it needs... wait for it... TOMATOES. Guess I could use some store bought but it will be better with homegrown, so I'll let you know when I can try it with some tasty heirloom 'maters...

Well, it turns out that bunnies love sweet potato leaves, too... some of our plants have been stripped bare...

Help, any great bunny repellant ideas out there?

My brother made the trellis from copper plumbing parts. He also gave us a cool spinning sprinkler made from copper. He is an engineer and all-around handy guy! The hops have had a hard time getting going. ... more »
