There has been so much rain here, for so many days now, that my plants are drowning and there is flooding in our town. The plants in the beds seem to be doing fine, but all of the seedlings I had hardening off outside keep filling up with water. I keep dumping them, but I know this can't be good. I've also noticed stunted growth in some of my plants. I researched a remedy. Apparantly not enough nitrogen in the soil and I need to ammend with blood meal. I can do that. As soon as the rain lets up. To end this on a good note, a service man who came to my house to fix my windshield, commented on how much he liked my garden (even before he said hello), which made me smile. Ad for mothers day my husband bought me a super fancy camera for taking pictures of the baby and my garden. I can't wait to try it out. We had to send it back. The lense broke during shipping. I hope you all are having a much easier time than me.
