Flood the area with water - they will come up to seek dry area... then I use tweezers to catch them and dump them in soapy water to die. Or you can just flood and then spray soapy water on them as you see them - but have to make sure your plants can take having soapy water on their leaves... some plants are more sensitive than others to it.
