@RoriTx: Thanks:) They are all wrapped now. He goes so overboard lol. I wlaked outside and was like what is this! He said he had to make sure nothing could get in to eat our veggies. I asked, "can I get in!?" Wait to you see...he goes overboard. lol
@RoriTx: lol I know what you're thinking, no he wrapped them as a whole with chicken wire. But he nailed the wired down ever few inches, around every bit of perimeter and he built three doors. It is out of control. It looks like a giant chicken coop. I guess I will play the part of the chicken. lol
@RoriTx: hahah I hope not with me lol, but I wouldn't be surprised. Just know that when we build a chicken coop...no matter what I say about how cheap or little I need, the chickens will be sleeping in a version of the four seasons. He is seriously out of control. I told him two days ago I needed a pot with soil in it to plant my mint so it could spread. What that meant was could you please be my labor and run down the hill and put composting soil in my pot up here? WHat I got was a trip to the gardening center, without my knowledge. He announced he is building a raised bed for on the deck, it will fit on the built in benches, it will be one foot deep and 8 FEET LONG!!!!! what!? I love him, he is sweet, but he goes so overboard. lol
@linzelu100: Don't fuss too much he sounds like a catch! Good home training by his mother! They say you should judge how a man will act as a husband by the way he treats his mother.
@RoriTx: This is true. He is real good to his momma. He still calls her mama like a little boy lol. I just get wrapped around the cost. EVerytime he goes overboard, I think that extra money could be 10 new packs of seeds! or a gardening book! Speaking of...he found that book you recommended for me by william woy weaver. It cost about 50, but it is on his way here. Very excited to read about the recipes with heirlooms, but mostly see all the photos of heirlooms. I wish there was an heirloom encyclopedia, with pictures of everything. Like Baker Creek style pictures, ya know large and inspiring.
