They sure are pretty, but I have not quite acquired the taste for "just eating radishes".  I like a couple in my salad.. guess that is good for now.

I loved the colour of the brine too.. Almost too pretty to eat..Almost ;) I'm not a big radish fan myself either, but Papa loves them. This way he can eat them all year round in sandwiches, & wraps.

these look fabulous. Radishes are always my first crop that I go a little crazy trying to figure out what to do with the extras!

Garlic scapes are the best!  I made hummus and chimichurri sauce with mine this year.  The garlic scape jam sounds interesting!

I made a pesto and froze 5 containers....we ate it like dip! Yum.
