we expect snow so we are all tucked in, warm cozy, sitting next to piles of seed catalogs and looking out at a large white mound that is our garden.
as soon as the snowing abates we will going out to tend the goats, check to see if any babies decided to come on this day, and then let the chickens out - if they have any sense they...

yes we got a foot this last weekend and over today/tomorrow will get 12 to 18 inches more - NYC and NJ may be looking at the same.

we are always out in it making sure our goat shed has a clear roof

after cleaning a bit in the house and being inspired by the odd 50 F weather here - went out and mucked out most of the goat shed - much wetness due to melting of snow... will freeze again soon

I raked a season of autumn leaves when the temp here hit 50 the other days.  It was so motivating after an inhospitable  week of the cold - but luckily, it was only a week.  Nothing like you've got going!

yeah - when it get a bit warm round here - i run out and do garden or animal chores while i can!
