I too am doing a potato tower...on top of one of my compost heaps.  Good luck to us both!  Looking forward to more pix later.  BTW...is the fence around the hot peppers?

Looking great!  Having gardened in Houston for many years before moving back closer to home I can appreciate your successes even more.  I've used potato bins and "grow" them using bought top soil... more »
