Wonderful garden. Lots of good eats. The cauliflower pics reminded me of the first time I successfully grew cauliflower and peered down into the plant and saw that beautiful flower smiling back at me. I really was enthralled once I tasted it and the extreme difference between it and the cardboard cauliflower I had been buying from the store. Just no comparison.
You will likely see some "relaxing" of the flower, the tiny pieces that make up each floret gets a bit more separation from its neighbor. Don't let it go much after that starts. You can always pinch a bit off the side and taste it. We just saute in a bit of butter until there is just a bit of crunch left. They are wonderful.
