By about 10:00 AM we had sold out of many of the items we took to the Farmers Market in downtown Denison, TX and we came home with just a few of the herbs that didn't sell. We could have sold more eggs, more onions, more beets and more collard greens. Next time...maybe we'll even have a few tomatoes to sell by then. The farmers seem to be having an unwritten contest to see who gets ripe tomatoes first!
