I spent the last two days making peach jam and goat cheese!

Sounds delcious. I wish there was a way to share samples for tasting over the internet.

@gailsgarden:Me too! I'm in the Waxahachie Green Garden Club & we share all kinds of recipes and dishes we've made. It's really fun and important to build the recipe folder up! At our last board meeting someone brought a peach preserve that had lavender in it as well... divine!

Fabulous! I would love to know how to make both. In fact I'd like to make a lavender goat cheese.

@PrinceSnow: Have you ever had lavender goat cheese? I'm getting ready to make goat cheese today again and that might inspire me. Guess I will "google" it.
