I first started my own garden last year. I have wanted to garden for many years now, but I was hampered by the fact i was worried about my close proximity to the road in front of my house. I was haunted for 4 years with visions of my child darting into the road while I transplanted a tomato. I finally got over this last year when my daughter asked for a garden. No, she didn't ask.
