I think your garden is full of interest starting with this photo. Your husband put part of his soul into the building of the redwood boxes which you love! I like the arbor which invites you to come into the garden.
@Liz:I couldn't afford to buy an arbor last year, so I bought some willow switches at Ikea and made it myself. It was a pretty fun process, but you can see by its precarious lean that it didn't quite turn out like I expected. :) The beans that grew on it were tasty though!I may try it again another time (I like making things), but perhaps use a different approach to make sure it is more stable.
