Activity-icon-status

Last week of school! Everything has been planted and watered. Time for a few games of Garden Bingo!

Garden Bingo... that sounds like fun, how do you play?        Just out of school?  We have been out for about a month, funny how that is different around the country.

I wonder what garden bingo is too.  Did you make it yourself?  Love the photos of the kids.  They look happy and engaged!

A Lesson in Over and Under Jun 01, 2012

During our first outdoor planting session which consisted of mainly seeds, onion and potato starts (due to their ability to withstand the cool weather) we started our time together discussing whether the part of the plant we typically eat grows above the ground or under the ground. We talked about carrots, potatoes, onions, greens,... ...see more

The kids should enjoy watching this melon grow. I homeschooled my kids, twenty-two years in all. I will enjoy following your garden show and just to see the smiles on the children's faces. By the way we planted Moon & Stars heirloom melon over here.
