I love the choc habaneros!  I dried some and they turn out nice... in fact I probably have more to pick out there now.  I bet I could probably fill up my dehydrator tomorrow with hot peppers... they are coming on like gangbusters!

Sounds good. I love corn with crema recipes. You can make your own crema with a cup warm cream and a couple spoons of room temp full fat buttermilk,mix and let set out overnight and thicken.
