 we have  falling  walnuts  they are really good just hate cleaning up the mess later on have great day  back to the garden :>) sometimes i dont get anything done i just look and smile ! peaceful.

It does seem like something is coming to an end, now that the Heirloom Seed 'Grow it Forward Contest' will be over tomorrow!!  I'll be sticking around for sure, still harvesting quite a bit, lots of canning yet to do & many meals to make in Veebee's kitchen.  I was sitting out back earlier with my new camera and the manual... ...see more

What a pretty, peaceful place. The fall is one of my favorite times for gardening. See the coming season as a new beginning. There are so many things that can still be planted in the ground for late harves... more »
