![]() Gardening since 2006
|
My husband and I moved from California in 2006 to take a break from a busy life in the concrete jungle of Los Angeles. Our young family has grown since then, and our experiments with vertical farming, hydroponics, aquaponics, and organics have been exciting.
We have truly enjoyed every moment of becoming more in tune with our surrounding natural world, and more active in producing our own food. In 2008 we bought our first home, and began growing with the intention of selling to our neighbors. We have dreams of a small farm, restaurant, and microbrewery someday. Until then, we enjoy nurturing our soil, composting, baking bread, brewing beer, and our peri-urban neighborly customer base.
